Accommodation:

Coxwell Cottage is in the oldest part of Cirencester

This delightful romantic self-catering Grade ll listed building is of historic interest and features a wealth of original features including old beams. The cottage is a stone's throw away from the market place and in Cirencester's oldest street, dating from 1250. The charming and romantic cottage is from 1680. The lovely chimneypiece in the sitting room is from the 18th Century where we have placed the television (with Freeview and DVD player). You will feel the old 'cottage' atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door!

Cirencester Park and Abbey Grounds are on your doorstep for wonderful walks. There is a brand new Leisure Centre (re-opening March 1st 2008) and in the summer you can swim in the outside swimming pool just around the corner. The Cirencester Polo Club is a 30 minutes walk through the beautiful park. Cirencester boast lots of coffee bars and excellent choices of pubs, bistros and restaurants for guests to enjoy. All the big food stores are just a 5 minute walk as well.

Coxwell Cottage is a short stroll from everything you need.

Spacious sitting room with beams and a big beautiful fireplace from 1750 where we have placed the television with freeview and DVD player.

Leading into the small kitchen, gas central heating and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven electric hob etc.

Stairs leading to the master bedroom with a double bed 4' '6" and en suite bathroom with a romantic bath (shower and shower curtains in the bath).

In the small hallway a seperate toilet and hand basin.

Upstairs are the 2 single beds with beams, big wardrobe and very romantic as all the rooms. You can see Cirencester Church from all the windows and it is lit in the evenings, beautiful view!

Outside there is a small patio, very private and with one table and 5 chairs and another small table with 2 chairs which is outside the kitchen window.

There is plenty of parking facilities on the side streets or public parking nearby. As the road is very narrow and built for horses there is no parking outside the cottage. However there is parking available one minute's walk away in the Abbey Car Park, which is covered by CCTV.
